Shipping, Delivery & Returns
We deliver within Greater Nairobi and countrywide. Customers choose their preferred delivery option at checkout.
- Free Self Pick-Up in Nairobi CBD: Same-day pick-up for orders placed before 3 PM (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM).
- Nairobi Doorstep Delivery: KSh 400. Same-day delivery for orders before 3 PM; next-day delivery thereafter.
- Countrywide (Pick-Up Mtaani): KSh 250. Delivered within 3 days.
We use eco-friendly packaging and may combine multiple items into one package.
Returns accepted within 7 days only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed after verification. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
